We arrived and it was freezing outside, and there was no hot water after a full day of travel and airports. We had to repack and switched to a different room where there wasn’t hot water for a while until it heated up. So we took cold showers that night. Then we tried to turn on the television in the second room we went to and the TV didn’t work. It was just for two nights so we decided to just deal with it rather than try to go somewhere else. The bad thing is is they’re really aren’t any newer or nicer hotels in the area.

Staff is amazing, attentive, and genuinely happy to see you. They are great with extended stays as well as with pets and stay ontop of housekeeping. I gave different housekeeping team members a heads up when my two dogs would be out of the room, they always then prioritized my room and cleaned when i was out with my dogs. I would stay again!!

It was a fine stay during the new year break; the staff was fantastic and helpful; the room is very spacious though we were unexpectedly assigned to an accessible room not sure why, but overall it was still nice. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming; the selections were not impressive; we ended up with no milk for the cereal but understandable as the lady in the kitchen acknowledged that the truck didn’t make it there…:overall it was not too bad, we won’t mind returning in the future.
