Disappointing

The property picture did not match the property we stayed in. This is misleading and deceptive. The drain in the shower was blocked creating a 2cm pool in the bathroom which was dangerous in terms of slipping and foetid water accumulation. This took 10 days to fix once communicated to the landlord who said yes but did nothing. The apartment was not cleaned despite requests. It’s a good apartment but the upkeep was poor and really affected the enjoyment of our stay.
