Welcome to our beautiful and cosy Hideaway! It is perfectly located on Sirkin Street only 100 meters from the beach. The apartment has been freshly renovated and designed by one of our local architects (in 2023) and it is situated in a new building which meets all the current security and comfort standards.
THE SPACE
This 54m2 apartment has a spacious living space divided between a kitchen and a living room and opens on a lovely and quiet 12m2 Terrace.
Living room furnished with a massive L shaped couch which can turn into a double bed and equipped with a 43" smart TV.
Laptop friendly table which can be turned easily into a small dining table for 2/3 people.
Fully equipped open plan kitchen.
Access to the balcony furnished with a seating area and a dining table for 4 people.
Bedroom with a queen size bed and a full height closet.
Full bathroom with walk in shower.
INCLUDED AMENITIES
- Central AC/heat.
- Bed linens and towels provided for each guest.
- Washing machine and dryer in the apartment.
- Iron and board.
- Hi speed Wifi (fiber optic).
- Toiletries starter kit: shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and toilet paper.

PASSPORT AND VAT
- The main guest must present a copy of their passport at the time of the booking and prior entering the apartment.
- Israeli citizens are obliged, by law, to pay an extra 18% VAT of the total booking price.
- The main guest must submit a copy of a valid tourist visa, (the border pass, a blue slip that they will receive at the immigration authority upon arrival in Israel) in order to be exempted from paying VAT. This exemption applies only to people entering Israel on a B/2, B/3, B/4 visa or entering according to a special entry permit, such as diplomats.
- Tourists who fail to present a valid tourist visa will be charged an extra 18% VAT.
- VAT collection, when applicable, must take place before entering the property.
- The management reserve the right to deny entry to the property to a guest unable to present a valid border pass or unwilling to pay 18% VAT while mandatory. In such a case the standard cancelation policy will apply and the price of the booking will be due in full.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The apartment is located a few minutes from Frishman Beach and Gordon Beach, the Gordon swimming pool (outdoor, salt water) and the Tel Aviv Marina.
With Dizengoff and Ben Yehuda streets as well as Ben Gurion Avenue, Bugrashov street and Dizengoff square within reach, you can enjoy a very large entertainment offer with minimum planing.
GETTING AROUND
You can do everything on foot or rent a city bicycle from a nearby station on Ben Yehuda street. There are countless buses running from Dizengoff street which will take you about anywhere in Tel Aviv and around. If you plan on using buses or trains, you'll need to purchase a RavKav card (available at the airport or in the train stations) and load some money on it using the RavKav app on your phone.
Lastly we recommend using the app Gett to order taxis when needed.
