I like that I’m able to get off the train and walk straight to the hotel which is less then 5mins walk

Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money. The cleanliness and hygiene standards were perfectly acceptable for the price point. Although there’s no front desk at the hotel itself — you need to collect the key from the pub across the street — this wasn’t a major issue and the process was straightforward. The room was surprisingly spacious given the price, and there was even a small play area nearby which was great for kids to burn off some energy. Free parking was also a big plus, with plenty of spaces available. All in all, I’d recommend this place, especially for families or anyone looking for a good budget-friendly stay.

The staff on reception were very helpful and knowing there were there at all hours me and my daughter stayed 2 nights but the first night was very noisy as were on the front of the hotel, we mentioned it and they moved us to the back of hotel, for last eve, would stay again definitely 😁

Fantastic place to stay for an overnight stop.Convenient parking and easy access to shops and bars

Its a brilliant hotel. The staff are all friendly and approachable. The room was clean and tidy but do find the mattress slightly uncomfortable. The bar is great and airy, again the staff are friendly. Everywhere is clean and the grounds are great to especially for the dog.
