The condo has two master bedrooms on the first level, one with a steam shower and private foyer with fridge, microwave and bar sink in addition to the full bath. One bedroom has a king bed and the other, a queen with a writing desk. The loft has a queen bed and a twin bed with a trundle for the kids or the extra people in your group. The living room has a comfort sleeper sofa which unfolds into a high-end, king bed. The condo has mountain views, TV's in the bedrooms and the living room all with Roku devices and Netflix, Max included. The local grocery store, Clark's Market is 100 yards to the north and the lift ticket office and ski lift are 100 yards to the south. Hiking trails and river trail are right out the door and Lulu is one of the only condo with a year round outdoor swimming pool, and also has a hot tub, BBQ and more. Quiet and private, this is a nice, livable home.
There is a bus that stops right next to the condo for a 2 min. ride to Main Street shopping and the FREE gondola or walk 5 mins to downtown Telluride for shops, restaurants and nightlife. The bus also stops at Town Park which is 5 mins away and where the festivals take place.
