Worn and torn up

2 broken doors, three malfunctioning windows, toilet in master is loose and makes noise, tiles on floor are loose, broken slate on entire patio not safe for bare feet, worn furniture and carpet stained, cheap curtains and shades in bedrooms don’t darken rooms for sleeping, noise on street, patio furniture is just metal with no cushions, hardwood floors separating, paint on walls has been touched up with non matching paint. It’s a well worn and clearly poorly maintained rental. The manger sends endless upgrade advertisements, and warnings if you damage the apartment how you will be charged so I expected it to be in much better shape.
