Well Furnished and Restful 2BR Tokyo Riverside PIK 2 Apartment By Travelio Tower Akihabara, Floor 10, Unit Number 32, Lemo, Kabupaten Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia ich habe über Travelio eine Wohnung gebucht, die jedoch in mehreren Punkten gravierende Mängel aufweist: Das Internet funktioniert nicht. Es gibt kein warmes Wasser. Die bereitgestellten Decken sind unzureichend. Die Wohnung und das Geschirr waren bei der Ankunft schmutzig. Der Türcode ändert sich ständig, sodass der Zugang zur Wohnung sehr schwierig ist. Trotz meiner Beschwerden wurde mir bislang keine angemessene Lösung angeboten. Dies ist äußerst enttäuschend und entspricht nicht den vertraglich zugesicherten Leistungen.
