It is a nice facility, staff is kind, and they are pet friendly however, the very small fridge had water in it as if the imaginary freezer was leaking, and the sink leaked all over the counter. I expected more from a Hilton property.

Carpet was dirty, hallway and room. The person that checked us in was horrible! She wanted to charge a higher rate than booked and said it didn’t include breakfast! My reservation said it did. I will never stay at a Hilton, again. The residence inn/ Palm Springs was fantastic and I have another booking in October.

There is guest laundry on the second floor. Staff was fine but rarely saw them. Parking was in the basement for a fee yet they didn't have enough spaces one night. Room was clean. Housekeeping came every other day. The hotel is LOUD. I was often woken up by loud guest returning to their rooms around midnight and then drying equipment in the morning + carpet vacuuming. The trash in public areas was constantly overflowing and left a dirty aspect to the property. I'm a Hilton rewards member and this is by far the lowest quality property I have stayed at.
