I usually enjoy staying here and have visited multiple times, but this last stay fell short. My request for extra pillows and an extra blanket was missed, and I had to follow up. Also, the front desk didn’t seem very helpful when it came to giving clear directions to my room, which made check-in more frustrating than it needed to be. Hoping to see improvements on my next visit.
