We left an expensive piece of jewelry in our room and it was stolen. Management was not helpful. The police are involved and we intend to press charges as they know which cleaning lady it was. Also while we were having drinks by the fire a woman was rummaging through the trash can looking for a straw to use meth. I know this factually as she shared this information with us. The female bartender is great. Be careful if you have no choice but to stay here.

The staff working at this hotel is amazing and helpful. The vice president Cristina is super helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. Cristal，Mark and Brandon is super nice and helpful as well.
