Family soccer trip

Front desk was very friendly and helpful, got good selection of beverages on the mini store could’ve had more choices for quick food. But overall was definitely a great stay for me and my kids, we will definitely book again if we’re around the area. Highly recommnded.

Very nice lobby, gym was very well stocked, staff was super friendly and accommodating. Not sure why the parking fee assessment when the other hotels in the same center had free parking and could have easily parked over on their facilities.

No sound proofing

Our hotel room on the 2nd floor had zero aound proofing. We heard the TV from the outside patio through the closed window all night. The next morning, at the crack of dawn, we heard doors and cabinets slam below us and then heard people at the breakfast buffet. It was like the walls and floor were made of paper!

The garage parking was easily accessed and convenient to elevator to Lobby & rooms. It also had chargers for EVs, which I didn't use but nice to see they had them. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was pretty nice, but had a couple of dead bugs, very tiny bugs, but still not good to see those. 1 was in the bed and at first I thought it may have transferred from my socks, but not great it would have come from carpet either. Then the second bug tumbled out of a hand towel onto the vanity countertop in the bathroom. Not sure how they store the linens, but seems like they should do a better shake out before putting them in the rooms.

E-chargers be aware

We chose this site primarily for the e-chargers in the garage. Not only did it cost $10/night to park, but the rate on the Tesla chargers was 50% higher than anything you'd find elsewhere. Superchargers are cheaper!

Another Wonderful Stay at a Hilton

The hotel was in excellent condition. Check-in person was helpful and easy to converse with. My first time in Temecula and I was impressed with the restaurant options.

The bathtub and sink didn’t drain so I had to pack everything up and move rooms. The second room sink also didn’t drain. The buffet food is awful. It’s not just bad, it’s nearly inedible. The staff is really nice though.
