Room had construction people in there and we were told to come back late evening to see if it would be ready. Dried puke was all down the side of the one bed and on the floor. We told them but nothing was done. Paid for 2 room suite for 5 people and never had enough towels for everyone. Room design is weird because you have to go into the other person’s room to get to the bathroom. Also, We weren’t told the weekday breakfast hours were different than weekends so we missed one meal we paid for! (Omelette station was excellent and fresh fruit was wonderful! Breakfast staff was very kind and accommodating!) They gave us a couple coupons for their restaurant but we weren’t there at times that they could be used. For $1000 I’ll look for somewhere else to stay next time!

Staff was great, but the room was terrible. This was more like an old motel, worn down and gross. Room was hot in January, bathtub was dirty (actually had a ring of dirt around it), faucet wouldn’t turn all the way off, linens were fraying and scratchy. Nothing like other Embassy Suites.
