It was paradise

Great location. A large selection of breakfast dishes, including a selection of gluten-free dishes.

Cannot rate this hotel highly enough. The staff, the entertainment, the food were so beyond our expectations, overall everything was outstanding.

Public area,s and cleanliness good.Facilities good, food and drink selection very good. Staff all friendly and helpful. Some improvements suggest: hair dryer difficult to use, pillows too hard, lack of paper information explaining what the facilities were in the hotel ie, opening times of restaurants and their menu’s etc, therefore too much reliance on apps and QR codes,meaning customers having to do all the searching instead of having a folder in the room with everything to hand. Balconey needs hanging frames for wet towels.
