El personal es muy amable y atento, lograron resolver mis dudas y me ayudaron a gestionar tours y transporte al parque nacional. Durante los finens de semana la habitación era muy ruidosa pues al frente queda una zona de bar y restaurantes. Recomendaría insonorizar las ventanas.

From the moment we stepped into Pousada Alfa e Ômega, we felt an immediate sense of warmth and welcome. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The owner even checked on us several times during our stay, which made us feel truly cared for. Breakfast was a daily highlight. The buffet offered a delicious variety of waffles, tapiocas, fresh fruits, and more. It was the perfect way to start our adventures in Chapada dos Veadeiros. After a day of exploring, we loved unwinding in the indoor pool and sauna. The meditation and yoga spaces provided a peaceful escape, and the spa's candle-lit baths with aromatic salts were pure bliss. The Zen Garden was another favorite spot, offering a serene environment to relax and reflect. Our room was cozy and well-equipped, featuring a hammock on the balcony where we could enjoy the tranquil surroundings. One unique feature we appreciated was the handmade clay water filter. It kept the water cooler and naturally filtered out impurities, making it taste fresh and clean. We used it to fill up our bottles before our hikes. A special mention goes to the staff for their exceptional service. We forgot a pair of sunglasses, and they informed us right away and offered to send them to us. Within days, we received them.
