This great villa with approx. 360 m² can be used as a 1-2 family house. Each floor has approximately 160 m² of living space.
There is another 140 m² available in the basement, which is converted into a guest room, a tiled bathroom, incl. Shower and toilet, as well as a laundry room.
Furthermore, there is a spacious terrace with a shower system behind the house, incl. Own well system for fresh water.
There are 3 fixed brick carports available for the cars.
Location: The property is located between two plantations and has approx. a distance of 200-300 m to the beach. The villa is located just outside of a former fishing village, now a tourist village, which is mainly used by northern Italians in summer.
There is another 140 m² available in the basement, which is converted into a guest room, a tiled bathroom, incl. Shower and toilet, as well as a laundry room.
Furthermore, there is a spacious terrace with a shower system behind the house, incl. Own well system for fresh water.
