A few minutes drive east of downtown, but Well designed & built property, opened +/-2016? Great amenities, including indoor pool, exercise room & lobby area. Great full hot breakfast. Good staff.

A few issues for us, but overall i'd recommend.

I've stayed here several times before without an issue, so i would stay again, but not happy with this stay! We booked a 'pet friendly' suite on hotels.com app with the amenities feature ,'pet friendly' (so this needs to be fixed to prevent this from happening) I also messaged the hotel saying we will have a dog with us. When we arrived in town and i didnt receive a reply about our pet, i called and the person that answered said suites are not their pet friendly rooms and we'd have to have a 2 queen room and we could have a cot at an extra cost. I was not happy, but i knew it wasnt her doing, so just took the room with a cot. We were definitely crammed in the room with the cot, not impressed. Plus it was more expensive than the suite, so that was extra frustrating. The message light on the phone was flashing constantly all night and the front desk person wasnt any help with that, also no shampoo in the room (dispenser in shower had conditioner, body wash and body lotion). Again the front desk person was not very helpful, there may have been a language barrier, so again i shrugged it off. Nothing life shattering, but not impressed at all. On a positive note I do want to mention I was impressed with the guy working in the breakfast area! He stayed on top of everything so well, any time anything was out or close to running out he was right there refilling and we were happy with the breakfast options.

I’ve stayed here before it is fairly new and the hotel is quite nice. Staff are friendly, rooms are nice, they include a good breakfast. There isn’t much around the hotel so you will probably need to go into town to eat

The hotel itself is fairly new, with spacious rooms and nice beds. It’s right off the highway so convenient in that regard. The breakfast is quite good, and included which starts the day off right and is a cost savings for sure. There are limited dining option close by, so that is a bit of a downside, but there are a number of options in Terrace proper which is a short drive away. Be aware though not much is open late or on Sundays. We would stay again.

The staff are incredibly helpful and kind, we arrived early and they made it possible for us to check in early which was fantastic. Room was quiet, beds were comfortable and everything very clean. Would highly reccomend!

Friendly and courteous

I got in late and the hotel was very accommodating of helping receive a rental car for me as the rental place was closed. Staff was friendly and courteous. Great location just minutes from the airport and terrace.
