Très bel hôtel mais service affreux à la réception

Très bel hôtel. Belle vue. Les chambres sont confortables. Par contre, notre séjour a été gâché par la réceptionniste car elle a été vraiment désagréable le lendemain de notre arrivée. Nous cherchions un moyen pour descendre au bourg car toutes les navettes étaient pleines (elle nous a mal renseigné la veille sur le fonctionnent ) et les taxis ne travaillaient pas cette journée là. Elle nous a regardé galérer pendant plus de deux heures à trouver une solution pour aller en ville (nous aurions pu rester à l’hôtel mais le restaurant était fermé donc rien à manger) et elle a finalement décidé de nous aider ! Ce qu’elle aurait pu faire dès le début. Pour nous c’est fini l’hôtel bois joli. C’est vraiment dommage d’avoir un service aussi déplorable pour un si bel établissement. Par contre le chauffeur de la navette de nuit a été notre coup de cœur du séjour ! Merci Florian ! Heureusement que tu étais là.

The stay was great and the majority of the staff were very welcoming however one member at reception refused to give us beach towels to use the facilities the day of checking out. Note: We were not notified that towels would not be replaced once you give them back to the reception otherwise we would have keep them until our last day to enjoy the pool and give them back upon leaving the hotel. it would have been fair to either notify us or give us towels given that we were not informed of this by anyone. Majority of hotels would have given a towel replacement to use the facilities and the 3 stars rating for staff and service is due to this specific incident other than that everyone have been nice and welcoming to us. On a positive note - the restaurant staff were amazing!

Need more frequent shuttle service to and from the town. Front desk staff need to consistent about information provided to guests. Breakfast was plentiful but boring. Considering this is a French island, the dinner was extremely disappointing. Either a new chef should be hired or they just need to overhaul the menu.

Beautiful but useless, stressful, and frustrating.

Gorgeous, and tranquil setting! The best part of the hotel. However the restaurant is mediocre, overpriced, slow service and bland food for such a fabulous setting. Also, the so-called “free shuttles” are so infrequent that they are almost useless. There are only a handful that head into town and they end at 4:45pm. You have to make reservations for them, and even if you do, a number of people will still take your place. After dinner ends, you have zero food and snack options and the shuttle does not operate in evening though you could try to pay extra for one. Most of the information I received from the staff was completely unreliable. We really felt like we were on our own in figuring everything out although it’s beautiful, we would not stay there again, most likely, and would not recommend it.

Accueil très convivial et chaleureux. Idéalement située avec une très belle vue sur le pain de sucre. La navette est très pratique et utile; le chauffeur est très sympa. Nous le recommandons vivement !!!!

Bel endroit mais restauration aleatoire

Emplacement idyllique, une vraie carte postale, joli hôtel belle piscine avec vue imprenable. Point négatif pas de restauration pendant 2 jours durée de notre séjour, obligés d aller au bourg . Si mobilité réduite accès difficile pente raide et escalier . Des chambres sans vue directe sur mer.

Bel hôtel aux saintes avec une vue incroyable et un très bon service :navette , personnel … Le petit truc en plus les massages de lilosude un délice . Un service de bagage en chambre serait un vrai plus , ça grimpe fort …..

Très bien situé, plage et piscine magnifiques

Hôtel très bien placé! Plage et piscine au top! Prenez une chambre à l’étage pour avoir une vraie vue sur mer, partage de la terrasse avec tout le monde, manque juste un peu d’intimité. Pas de restaurant le dimanche soir et lundi Un peu débordé au niveau du service restaurant mais bon.

Simplement parfait

L'hôtel est très bien situé, le personnel très sympathique. Chambre avec terrasse et vue imprenable sur la mer et la Guadeloupe, accès piscine et plage. Petit déjeuner continental très bien garni. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu profiter du restaurant qui etait fermé les 2 jours de notre sejour, mais Possibilité de se faire livrer le repas.
