This vacation home with private pool, a traditional country house of the Marche region, is located 3 km from Mondavio overlooking the picturesque surrounding hills. The fully fenced property consists of two separate units with private entrance and has extensive outdoor areas with a small forest, small lake with bridge, private pool, shaded terrace overlooking the pool and for outdoor dining. Near the pool you will also find a gazebo, hammocks and shaded areas for relaxation. The house is nestled in green countryside, in hilly position surrounded by woods and fields with beautiful colors. The village of Barchi is a good starting point for pleasant walks in the countryside with the possibility of seeing wildlife such as deer, foxes and wild boars. The natural parks of San Bartolo and Furlo are easily reachable, as well as the main artistic cities of the region such as Pesaro, Urbino, Fano, Senigallia. Worth visiting are the hermitages of Monte Giove, near Fano, San Vincenzo al Furlo and Fonte Avellana. The country house consists of two units. In the main house: living room, large kitchen, bedroom for four people ( two double beds, one of them on the suspended floor), twin bedroom, two bathrooms. The second unit consists of living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, one of them with bunk beds, two bathrooms. The property can be reached by a short unpaved access road.
