Located in a very quiet residential area, this bungalow enjoys pleasant proximity to a variety of bars, restaurants, and a supermarket, just a 2-minute drive from the Pepe la Sal shopping center. Another 5 minutes take us to the well-known coastal town of Moraira, where you can find sandy beaches along with various water activities. Sports enthusiasts will find a golf course and tennis courts within walking distance.
The bungalow offers a beautifully furnished terrace with a barbecue and access to the communal pool, for a total of 16 bungalows. It is a single-story home. We enter the interior where we find a large living room with TV and A/C, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and two bedrooms with double beds, which share a bathroom with a shower.
The washing machine is in an outdoor room next to the terrace. The upper floor is private for the owner's belongings and remains locked and unoccupied during the rental period.
