Casa Tranquilo. Charming Character house with Large Private Pool, Moraira

Set on a quiet and private road just 5 mintues drive from the town centre of Moraira is where this charming character house is located. Surrounded by a large plot of Mediterranean gardens, including an orchard with fruit trees, avocado trees, grape vines, a true delight for the eyes and senses, the orange blossom filling the air. This charming house retains its original features, but has also been renovated to offer the comforts of a modern home. Being very well equipped and decorated makes this house feel like a home from home where you can relax and enjoy your holiday. The pool is a large 12 x 6 metres private pool with lots of terrace space for sunbathing, relaxing. There is also good sized outdoor kitchen with BBQ for dining, and a separate covered bar, both providing the perfect environment for socialising outdoors. There is an electric gated private driveway with parking for at least 3 cars. Upon entering this charming house you come into the bright, light and airy, summer lounge, and dining room in the closed in Naya, with floor to ceiling windows facing out to the pool and pretty gardens, being South facing you can enjoy all day sun until sunset. There is an inviting open fireplace for the winter months, surrounded by the local Tosca Stone gives a very cosy feeling. Ceiling beams throughout this beautiful house again add to its delightful charm. Moving further into the house there is another lounge with another open fireplace leading into the breakfast room with tables and chairs and open to the large modern, well equipped kitchen with windows looking out to the pool and gardens. Off the breakfast room is the good sized utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, with an enclosed area for outdoor clothes drying. There is one bedroom downstairs with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. Upstairs is a traditional open area hallway where there is a further two bedrooms with twin beds in each, and a family bathroom. This house has so much character and charm, and is a true delight to enjoy. Highly recommended for a romantic retreat, a family holiday, or a get together of friends.
