The beautiful town Centre of Moraira is a wonderful location to spend your holiday, while staying in this lovely apartment, which is located in the Centre of the town, and is a perfect base to enjoy your family, friends, or couples holiday.
All the bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and the beautiful Blue Flag Beaches, are in walking distance, which is ideal as its not necessary to hire a car, unless you would like to explore the stunning and scenic areas of the Costa Blanca, which if you do, there is also a Private underground parking space with the apartment.
Being located on the 5th Floor, which is also the same level as the large communal pool and sunbathing terraces, (opening dates May to 1st week in October), gives you Panoramic views of the mountainous landscape and the town Centre. As the apartment is South West facing, you have the luxury of all day sun to enjoy during the winter and summer seasons while you relax on the large balcony with a glass of your favourite beverage, enjoying your breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
There are two bedrooms. With the Master Bedroom having a double bed, wardrobes, and glass sliding patio doors leading out to the large balcony, hot and cold air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, and even a Smart TV. The second small guest bedroom has two single beds, wardrobes, no windows, but benefits from the air conditioning and full light from the lounge.
The large and bright lounge has full sized wall to wall sliding glass patio doors leading out to the good sized balcony, making this a very light and bright apartment. There is a large Smart TV with IPTV box providing TV channels in many languages, Spanish, English, Dutch, Belgium, German, Swedish, French, and more.
