Pool (8x4), terrace and outdoor shower. Covered barbecue and outside toilet. Fully fenced plot.
Its location, just 500 meters, from the beach of L 'Ampolla gives the possibility to walk to the beach and the town, street market (on Fridays), supermarkets, restaurants, shops, etc.

The "check in" will take place at the agency, with entry from 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and "check out" (departures) before 10:00 a.m.
Bed linen, toilet towels, final cleaning, air conditioning (with reasonable consumption) and taxes included in the price.
