LAYOUT: Villa TREVERIS has a perfect mix of Mediterranean and modern style that is organized on two floors. The main entrance to the first floor gives us access to a spacious and bright area where the American kitchen and the living room are located. We can access this floor by using the outside stairs or through the garage situated on the ground floor. This garage can accommodate two cars comfortably. The spacious American kitchen offers all the necessary elements and appliances to prepare meals in a pleasant and cozy atmosphere. Right in front of the kitchen area is the living room which is made up of a large comfortable sofa, a dining table , and a large TV. From the living room we can already receive the amazing views over Moraira and the Peñon of Calpe. The enormous terrace placed just in front of the living room, lets us enjoy these views in the most outstanding way with all the comfort we need. Just to the right of the living room and the kitchen we enter a hallway where we find the first bedroom on our left, equipped with a double bed. Right in front of this bedroom we have a bathroom with a toilet and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. At the end of the hallway we find the second bedroom, equipped with two single beds. As well we have a second bathroom offering a toilet and shower. To access the upper floor we must go through the internal stairs. On this floor we will find the two remaining bedrooms: on the left the master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and on our right another bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower. Both rooms offer large terraces , ideal for sharing moments enjoying the amazing views of Moraira, the Mediterranean sea and the famous Peñon of Calpe.

EXTERIOR: Upon entering the property we have access to the driveway where we can park several vehicles. When coming up on the driveway, we find the garage in front, in which we can park another two cars. Going up on the external stairs, we encounter on the left an impressive infinity pool and several comfortable sunbeds to enjoy the best holiday moments with family or friends. As well ,next to the pool is an external bar with some high chairs, where we can enjoy nice juicy cocktails. This bar is equipped with a barbecue and complemented with a covered area to enjoy meals among our loved ones. At all times, the amazing views are continuously present which will give the stay unforgettable moments and incredible memories.
