The address on several different map apps took us to a different location down the road. There were no directions offered in the check in email.Upon arrival, we did not get the cabin we booked. One of the reasons we booked was because of the cute decor and it was nothing like that!The cabin was not very clean, there was dirt in the corners and on the ledge of the wainscot. We asked if there was a WiFi password because service at the cabin was only one bar so it was difficult to text and call. The listing says there is WiFi, but I never received a response and the wifi options were all password protected. The information was not posted in the cabin anywhere and there was no information in the email.The location is great, very close to the Winstar. The host was very nice on the phone when we could not find the cabin. It is a small cabin close to the casino with water, AC, and a bed. I just can't give it 5 stars.

Upon arrival, we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the cabin. There were crumbs on the floor, on the bed, and in the corners of the room, along the walls, which made it feel like it had not been properly cleaned between guests. We also found three dead cockroaches — two on the sink counter and another in the bathroom. The toilet and shower were visibly dirty and appeared not to have been cleaned prior to our stay. We were also frustrated that a cleaning fee was charged, given the condition of the cabin when we arrived. On a positive note, the host/manager was very responsive and quick to reply when we reached out with questions, such as asking for the Wi-Fi password, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the cleanliness issues significantly impacted our overall experience, and we hope these concerns are addressed for future guests.
