Shambala is a quiet plantation stay a few kilometers away from Yercaud Lake and the other busy tourist areas. The manager, Mr. Ravi, front desk manager, Jayaram, Chef Sundar and the restaurant and maintenance staff all personally attend to you and offer really great service. The place is clean and well maintained, and there is wifi even inside the rooms.

We were delighted to be offered an early check-in, a small gesture that made a big difference after our drive with kids. Special thanks to Shaktivyel, who made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The service levels were exceptional throughout our stay. A heartfelt shoutout to Ramu** and Veerumani at the restaurant. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality enhanced every meal. Our kids had a blast thanks to Feroz, the activity manager, who kept them joyfully engaged with well-planned games and entertainment, giving us some much-needed relaxation. This hotel isn’t just a place to stay, it’s an experience. With stunning views, top-notch service from their entire crew, and the charm of Yercaud all wrapped into one, this is a must-visit location and a must-stay property.
