A heartfelt shoutout to Ramu** and Veerumani at the restaurant. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality enhanced every meal. Our kids had a blast thanks to Feroz, the activity manager, who kept them joyfully engaged with well-planned games and entertainment, giving us some much-needed relaxation. This hotel isn’t just a place to stay, it’s an experience. With stunning views, top-notch service from their entire crew, and the charm of Yercaud all wrapped into one, this is a must-visit location and a must-stay property. To me it's falsely glorified dingy heritage property which is run by a stingily maintained management firm based out of Chennai. The only one plus point for this establishment is its location.
