Walking distance to the blue mountain slope and restaurants. The chalet was clean with hardwood floors. The bathrooms had towels, and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cutlery. Very cozy and warm considering the rainy weather in May.

Stayed there with my family of 4 and honestly it was spacious and wonderful. The house was clean and fully stocked kitchen. We used the hot tub which was clean and hot right outside our place. Walking distance to the village. They had a shuttle if you didn’t want to walk the 3-5 mins. The shuttle takes you anywhere within the blue mountains area. I was there for my daughter dance comp and we had to go to the inn which would be a 10min walk and we took the shuttle cause it was raining and it was great. I would definitely stay there again.

The property was clean and the surrounding area was nice. The property is located in a quiet neighbourhood not far from the village (walkable distance). What ruined the whole experience for us was the lack of proper sound isolation between the floors that allowed the excessive noise from the party in the upper unit come in and not let us sleep until 4 AM. There was loud music, shouting, stomping, etc. Upon officially complaining to the administration team, they were not supportive or responsive. would not be staying at these properties again and would not recommend to others who are looking for a peaceful stay.

This property was not very clean when we arrived. I’m not even sure if they hired a cleaner before we got there? There was an open, empty beer can sitting on the kitchen counter, and the floors were dirty, as well as the walls. I’ve also never had to take my own garbage out after a stay. You would think for the price we paid, that the cleaning service would be better. We also asked if we could stay parked in the parking space for a couple extra hours as we were there for a competitive sport and would not be leaving until 2 hours after check out. This request was denied which baffled me as the property was not just, and the parking lot was empty. Also, the new day check in wasn’t until 4pm. We loved the location and will definitely stay in the river grass condos again but will not hook through Vacasa. Next year we will book directly with Blue Mountain as we did last year.

Property was clean and very close to Blue Mountain Village, about a five minute walk. Beautiful fireplace and nice quality furniture. Would definitely stay here again.

Gets the job done

Overall a good experience. The condo we stayed in was clean but there were some issues with a couple of the door knobs & entering into the facility. Without someone to directly message to get support it resulted in having to call & be on hold multiple times

Needs a deeper clean

The condo seemed fine, except for the spiders and webs. The keypad on the door was pretty much useless. It worked randomly and only if u hit the key precisely straight. We ended up needing a new code and also the key that is kept in the lockbox. The verandah has two boards replaced, but needs all the boards replaced.
