The staying at the Hotel was reasonable good, that is, room very clean, good quality linen bed sheets, and room in good order. My predicament now is how I recover the $50.00 dollar key room deposit that I payed at the Lakes Hotel. Who is responsible to refund that money, The Lakes Hotel or the LastMinute? Because I have contacted Lola three times over the phone, apparently the Lakes Hotel Manager, but it has been impossible to recover the $50.00 dollars key room deposit.
