The Falls has only one place to stay within a 10-kilometre radius of its centre.

The Falls is not exactly renowned as being the hotel capital of Darling Downs, however the Spring Creek Mountain Cafe & Cottages is close enough to the town centre to please most travellers.

Two accommodation options that are worth a sticky include the Spicers Peak Lodge and the Bestbrook Mountain Resort. The Spicers Peak Lodge is 25 kilometres away from the centre of The Falls. The Bestbrook Mountain Resort is situated 30 kilometres away. The Killarney View Cabins and Caravan Park is another option for accommodation. It is situated 10 kilometres from the heart of The Falls.

Toowoomba is 95 kilometres to the northwest of The Falls and is where you'll find the Queens Park and City Golf Club.
