Overall a great experience. Room wasn't large, but it was very comfortable, and all the public areas of the hotel were in great condition. Staff is all extremely friendly and helpful. Neighborhood around hotel is also fantastic - very close to the Escher and Mauritshuis museums, lots of good restaurants within a 10 minute walk.

Beautiful hotel, smooth, friendly check in. Rooms are impeccable. Bedding is crisp and fresh. Bathroom was spotless and a good size. Breakfast was quite good and evening cocktails at the restaurant were also good.

Great location, modern, quiet. In a lovely area next to some lovely cafes and bars. 12pm checkout was handy. Staff friendly and helpful. Separate shampoo, conditioner and shower gel is a bonus! Nespresso machine in the room and capsules replaced every day. Would stay here again and highly recommend.

Bare bones, but the bones were good

This hotel was a great find. Good location, big clean rooms. The rooms had comfortable beds (although the pillows were a little cheap and uncomfortable), and the bathrooms were modern and immaculate. The toiletries game in-room was a bit poor, although they did have some to collect at reception upon request . Lovely front desk staff, and the toothbrushes offered were good quality. Breakfast was quite basic, but serviceable, and the restaurant staff was friendly and professional . The same goes for their bar, where we had snacks and cocktails at with friends. The whole impression of the hotel was of excellent quality basics, with all of the frills removed- and they were not much missed. We'd return here glady if ever back in The Hague.

Nice hotel overall

The hotel itself is very nice, very well located and with all the necessary things you may need during the family trip. However I always get surprised, why very simple requests turn out to be so difficult to fulfil by the stuff. We had a deluxe suite with sofa bed for our child - which was not prepared when we got in. BUT: I wonder, why it turned out to be so difficult to get the second blanket (you call it "duvet") for the master bed. I had to ask 3 times before someone came with it. Another story is - why there is ALWAYS only one blanket on the master bed by default? And also the breakfast - I mean, it maybe ok (buffet however was very poor and the cheese was very dry and not fresh), but please, not for 30 EUR/person/day...
