Great location, close to the nicer golf courses and town centers. And recreation areas. Bring coffee pods for the Keurig. Other than that, tremendous visit.

Do not recommend this house

Nightmare. No tv for two nights, no A/C for three days when it was over 90 degrees. Shower was dirty and I had to clean it before use. Oven was so dirty it smoked out the house when we tried to use it. When we complained to the Property manager he was rude and hostile, and told us to go find a hotel. We tried looking for one but there was no availability on such short notice and we were forced to stay. It was the worse experience we ever had and we travel quite often. This property was not in suitable condition and should not have been rented out. It was dirty, and the property manager said they had been having problems with the A/C for months, and there wasn't anything he could do about it. How about not charging people to stay there until you fix it?

Quiet stay

Our Villa was plenty large but a bit off the beaten path. We were 20 minutes from any town square. No close family pools. The facility itself was nice.
