With everything super close for your convenience, you will be 2-3 minutes from Sunset Pointe Pool & Lake Miona Pool and Recreation Center. 2 minutes from Pelican & Heron Golf Course and Cane Garden Country Club and 7 minutes to the closest Square, Lake Sumter Landing, you can’t pass this up. This spacious house is also Pet friendly, so don’t forget to bring your 4 legged loved one. Fully furnished with laminate throughout the house, except the bedrooms. This open kitchen is equipped with a Gas stove and a dinette to be able to cook up your heart's desires. Carpeted Master Bedroom with a Queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The other two carpeted bedrooms have Full sized beds, which share a guest tub/shower combo bathroom.
