LIVING ROOM: Comfortable recliner and streaming TV for your entertainment. (All TVs are streaming only.)

KITCHEN & LAUNDRY:

Fully equipped eat-in kitchen with washer and dryer conveniently located in a closet.

Golf cart available for guest use as a courtesy from the owner. (If unavailable due to maintenance or repair, guests are responsible for arranging an alternative if needed.)

You can have visitors or friends over for dinner, we just ask that you have no parties or events that will disturb the surrounding neighbors or cause damage to the property. Respect your neighbors.

The Villages does not allow boats, motor homes, trailers, or commercial vehicles to be parked on the premises.

Just a helpful hint

We were delighted with the villa and all the nice amenities, and the supply of necessities til we could get to the grocery. Very roomy and clean. My only “complaint” was that I love to read, and there was only one lamp to read by in the front room, and it was by the sofa. I moved the floor lamp from the one bedroom to beside the chair and bought a bright 3 way bulb. Thank you...Mrs. Dodd ....We loved it and my husband is going to add one observation...The toilet in the hallway bathroom (with tub) needs a new flush ball and flapper in the water chest of the toilet. There was a slow leak which would cause a surge of more water into the water chest. Thank you, Mr. Dodd
