Cosy flat, with two extra large rooms, separate kitchen, and big bathroom, fully furnished and equipped, located in the old part of the city. Every room has a double bed and a single bed which is used as a sofa also. In the big room there is a Couchette bed, full size
Under every single bed there is an extra bed (regular single bed) that can be pulled out and freely positioned. Every room have a large screen for watching Tv local channels and also some European channels. Every room has a desk for computer work and internet is steady and speed of 50 mbps. A very cosy balcony is connected to all rooms and kitchen for a coffee, watching the nice people of this neighborhood passing by..
Heating is Totally autonomous with use of natural gas , and hot water is continues.
The apartment is located at the heart of the old city at a very convenient and serviced area. This is a very lively neighborhood of the city, one of the oldest. Is just by the old Turkish consulate and by the university. Is preferred from the students also as it is very near to the university. Also the upper town with the byzantine walls is near. Infront of the house there is a pedestrian way and in the small streets around you can easily find all necessary small shops. Corner store is just under the flat providing everything you might need. A big supermarket is just around the corner. A range of tavernas , bars, cafes is just there. A very nice grill house, pizza places and take away (please ask Erasmus for more information. All monuments of interest, the white tower, the waterfront, the universities the walkways the Helexpo fair, are at some minutes walking distance. 5 minutes walk to Helexpo and 10 minutes to the old promenade, Aristoteles Square and Tsimiski street.
