The Belgian Waffle machine is always a winner. I also loved the way my name was up on the T.V. screen when I walked in the room. I thought that was really cool.

Nothing like getting woken up by a fire alarm going off at 4am which fortunately was a false alarm. Other than that the only complaint was how messy the breakfast area was Saturday morning. The staff looked very overwhelmed since the hotel was packed so I do not blame her. I just would have liked to have seen a cleaner space.

We arrived at night and there was no one at the reception desk to check us in. There was a note saying that the employee was “away for an extended period of time”. We had to wait 30 minutes, wondering if anyone would show up, before anyone showed up! He did not apologize or acknowledge our inconvenience at all! Ridiculous!

Shower in the room looked new! Pool and hot tub were fresh and clean. Breakfast was typical Hilton/Hampton fare, but better! The food was well prepped and not rushed out. Could definitely tell the difference. Somehow our inroom doostopper got flipped out while outside the room (breakfast). We notified guest services and they resolved in 5 min!
