Stay close to everything in this centrally located, enchanting Three Rivers retreat—featuring two separate structures and standout outdoor living. Relax and get inspired beneath the outdoor chandelier lounge, unwind by bubbling fountains, and gather around fire pits under the stars. Multiple patios and seating areas fit a couple or the whole group. Huge private lot with trees and abundant wildlife (deer, turkey, occasional bear). Minutes to town, 6 mi to Sequoia NP!
The space
Light and bright single story home and nearby guesthouse are surrounded by nature and pack with all of the modern amenities to keep you and your crew cooking like you're at home and connected for an evening of streaming your favorite shows. Spacious double driveway provides easy access and ample parking. Large grounds are filled huge variety of tree that get daily visits from a large variety of wildlife, including wild turkey, deer, black bear! Enjoy the wild and keep food items stored indoors.
Guest access
There are a couple of host closets in the main house that are not for guest use. In the guesthouse there is a small cabinet beneath the hot water heater that is designated for owner storage. Lastly, the garage and one small outdoor shed in the backyard are for host access only. Other than that, the rest of the place is yours to explore and enjoy.
Other things to note
Limit disposal of trash into outdoor bin during your stay. This will help reduce the likelihood of bears making a mess of the trash.

Fantastic home and hosts. Jim and Danielle were quick with communication. The home was clean, everything clearly labelled. Check in/out instructions were cleaer and easy to understand. Amentiies, from the backyard fire pit, ev charger, to rocking chairs in front were all nice pluses. Kitchen well stocked and beds comfortable. Our trip had ages ranging from 5 to 84 and everyone remarked on how much they loved the home.

The house and casita were very nice. Definitely a great place to stay. The house was well stocked with appliances, cookware and various utensils for preparing meals. We would definitely stay here again. We loved sitting out in the backyard, it is very relaxing. Danielle and Jim are great hosts.

Nice place

Nice relaxing place indoor or outdoors. Clean and well organized. Only nitpick, The bed I slept in had a comfy mattress, but I suspect there was a protective liner on the mattress that seemed to trap in the heat that made for an uncomfortable sleep. Other than that, a very nice stay. I would recommend it to friends!

Sanctuary to rest after a long day of adventuring

The property was serene, a home away from home, where the whole family could gather and spend time with each other. We were surrounded by many cute friends in the backyard such as deer, quails, turkeys, cats and jays. The property owners were very accommodating and prompt in their assistance to help answering any questions we had. Thank you again for hosting us and our loved ones. We made lots of wonderful memories with our families.

A nice place to get away from it all

There were 6 of us adults, 4 close to their sixties and 2 in their thirties. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch watching the birds each morning, and trekking over to Sequoia NP each day for some hiking. We all felt comfortable and relaxed in the environment.

Great location.

The house was wonderful. It was recently updated. The yard had a peaceful setting and there were a group of wild turkeys who would come to the yard each day. We were close to town and the Seqouia National Park. Jim responded to all of our emails promptly. Highly recommend!

Terrific time

Our family loved staying here. The house and Casita are very well appointed. We enjoyed the yard and patio. The location was convenient to the park and the restaurants. Everyone is already planning on returning.
