Noisy rooms

We could hear either a squeaky bed or floor above us. Hear flushing toilets and people in the hall. Breakfast was okay. Thought it was overpriced for what was offered.

You need a credit card to stay here.

I like this hotel because I feel safe in it, even on a main floor room. The continental breakfast is great with variety. Downside is you HAVE to have a credit card for the deposit. It sucks if you don’t have a credit card.

Room was okay but the walls are paper thin and discussions in a neighbouring room kept me awake. I was planning to go to the gym but it isn’t much of a gym. Three pieces of tired looking equipment.

Average but dated decor for a very expensive room. Water pressure was terrible so I had to run water forever just to get clean could not fill tub stopper didn’t work shower pressure was absolutely awful even on the strongest setting it would not spray enough to get clean so I had to kneel and turn my head upside down under tap to wash my hair after I had already showered. They would not honour the medical rate even though I was there for medical appointments because I booked through a third party vendor so my medical travel grant no longer covers the cost of my stay.

Booked via Expedia which was great, showed up and they simply said no reservation, go back and sort it with who you booked. Chased the details abs had to have Expedia call them to finally check in as if the reservation details and receipt weren’t enough to make them do something on their end. Then no hot water, a KNOWN ISSUE they didn’t bother to mention. Non chalantly “oh yeah we tried to fix it but it didn’t work”. This was a $260 night for literally nothing.

Alright…

When we arrived at 11pm ( after booking before noon) we were informed there was no hot water.., the elevator looked like something died in there and the carpets are dirty. Didn’t want to take my shoes off. The bed was clean and towels were clean, the bathroom had all of the amenities and a new tub. My cold shower was refreshing to say the least. Breakfast was ok. The check in and out staff could use some work, the breakfast lady was SUPER friendly.
