For the price of the room, it was just a continental breakfast, but the coffee was excellent

The room had no controls for the heating system. It was freezing in the room. No extra blankets in the room. The bathtub was scuffed and old and possibly black mold around the tiles near the faucet. Staff was very friendly and apologetic for heating problem, as there is no individual room heat it is the whole building.

I would like bacon/ham and eggs for breakfast. The room was spotless. The staff was great! The desk clerk even came outside to put air in my very low tire, and the temperature was - 20s c ! The bed was soooo comfy. Much better than the old Econo Lodge days.

It was a very clean property. The checkin was good and the gentlemsn polite. It was on Memorial that can be busy but it was very quite. The room was not large but acceptable.The bed was very comfortable. The towels were soft and newer. The price was right . The hotels in Thunder Bay are very high priced. We were also told if we phoned direct to the hotel we ciuld get a reduced rate for medical with proof.
