The worse hotel we have ever stayed in. Can’t believe this is in Canada. Dingy, stinky, seedy, rooms too hot with no way to control anything, people smoking and weeding everywhere. Stains on the walls. Sent text message, no reply (Phone to connect with the receptionist don’t work either)

The couches had huge stains on them and so did the pull out mattress. We decided not to use The couch. There was stains all over the floor. Hotel not like photos. Wish I could get a refund.

Filthy, run down, unclean kind of hotel that you want to sleep in a sleeping bag on the bed instead of touching the sheets. Bathroom door wouldnt shut, fan broken shower head horrible. Woke up to a homeless person screaming on the property, went on for hours...

I'm not sure how this place had 10/10 reviews. Either they are fake or they had a vastly different experience. At check in, a homeless person came in to use the washroom. We got our room key and went up to the room. The door was open. That was my mistake for not immediately going down and asking for a different room. The room looked okay. Bathroom was very dated. There was no glass in the peephole, just a piece of cardboard covering it. The A/C wasn't working. It was hotter in the room than outside, too hot to sleep well. There were people yelling in the hallway throughout the night. The only good part was the very kind lady who was in charge of breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and the room was gigantic. Beds were comfortable. However, the property itself needs a lot of upgrades and is dirty. The hotel is huge and I feel like they started to upgrade and maybe ran out of money? Breakfast was good. I imagined the glory days of banquets.
