Very nice hotel. Great location, beautiful property, amazing staff and service.

The room was clean but a bit small. It has a smell of some sort of chemical. The staff were friendly and the property was in good condition. The on-site self service laundry was very nice and convenient. The washing machine and dryers are nice size and look like brand new. Overall, the property was very clean and well maintained.

All the staff are lovely and welcoming. LOVE the pool!

It's convenient and easy to move around from my room to the executive lounge. The buffet breakfast is as good as it gets.

It was terrible! Unbelievable There are no seats in the lobby! I sit in the lobby and waited my wife . The bar staff, Alice, said you can not sit here unless you order something! Unbelievable, the customer of the hotel can not site in the lobby! Also the baby said I offer you free water and then you can stay on the seats in the lobby. It is not acceptable! It made feel terrible! I report to the manger in the front desk. He did I not thing! Just said you can sit the seat. That is it! It is not Westin style!
