Totally refurbished modern apartment perfect for couples. In a quiet complex but situated right in the heart of the old town of Puerto Del Carmen. It has a large south facing balcony with all day sun. Equipped with loungers and table and chairs to enjoy the beautiful ocean views and catch the panoramic sunsets. Sun awning available to provide shade when required. The apartment has a double bed with a quality mattress. The holiday home has everything you will need to have a great holiday, including free WIFI, TV with English/Irish/Dutch, French and German speaking channels. There an iron and ironing board, full size washing machine, free safe for valuables , toaster, microwave, kettle,coffee maker, full size oven and ceramic hob. All the usual kitchen utensils available. Modern bathroom with walk in shower. Linen and towels are provided and changed on stays over 7 days on request. The apartment is in a well run quiet complex with a lovely communal pool and the pool area also has great views with plenty sun loungers and a pool bar serving snacks and drinks. Situated in a great location, only a few minutes walk to local supermarkets, the best restaurants and bars in the old town of Puerto Del Carmen.The beach is also only a few minutes walk away. The apartment is on a hill and there are stairs to access so may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.The apartment is completely disinfected and deep cleaned after each stay.

The apartment was really well tought out,everything had been completely refurbished.it is close to local amenities and has views overlooking the ocean,harbour and hills. Great Apartment, Great Hosts, Great Location

This was our first visit to Puerto Del Carmen, and we were unsure of the best area to stay in, when the resort is some 7Km long. Well, we made a great choice with this apartment. The apartment is as described. It is modern and very clean. If you like IKEA, you will love this apartment, as everything is from there. The kitchen facilities are small, as you would expect, but has everything you need. The fridge is large, and has a good sized freezer compartment. There is a 4 ring hob, microwave, toaster, and a full sized oven, if you wanted. The bed was comfortable, and set in its own alcove, with views out to sea. There is internet TV with

Stunning views and friendly hosts

We were warmly greeted at the apartment by the host, Alan, who showed us around the accommodation and answered any questions, as well as making suggestions of places to go in the local area, for social entertainment as well as necessities (supermarkets, bars/restaurants etc). The apartment, in our opinion, was more stunning in-person than advertised online. Fully open plan with stunning views of the Old Town, the Harbour and the Atlantic! It was very clean, and Alan stayed in touch in the week, to check-in and see if we needed any clean laundry/help. Would definitely recommend to couples who want a nice open space to stay, a beautiful outlook from the terrace and great value for money! Thank you for accommodating us.

Great apartment with fantastic views

Well presented and immaculately clean apartment with amazing views. The large balcony is a perfect sun trap, with sunshine from morning till evening. Alan was an excellent host and his communication was first class. Would not hesitate to recommend this place to others.

Superb apartment with stunning sea views

A fabulous, well equipped, spotlessly clean, contemporary, stylish apartment. We had everything we needed. The location is perfect, close to shops, supermarket, the old town and the beach. The apartment is so peaceful and quiet. The sea and harbour views from the large balcony are stunning, it has the sun from sunrise to sunset. This apartment has it all! The owners were excellent, very friendly and helpful, they couldn’t do enough for us. We definitely recommend staying here. We had a great time. So glad we booked this apartment. We enjoyed it so much we have booked for next year.

A beautiful bright,clean and well equipped apartment with a large balcony which has the sun all day and overlooks the old town and harbour, probably one of the best views in PDC. The apartment is ideally placed five minutes walk to the old town or the strip. Alan and Don couldn't be better hosts contactable at any time for help or information if needed and were keen to ensure we enjoyed the apartment and our holiday.All in all this apartment,with Alan and Dons care, provided us with a base for a wonderful holiday. Can't wait to come back.

We had a lovely stay here. Alan is so helpful, keeping in touch on a regular basis. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish. The apartment is close to restaurants bars and old town. Supermarket is only a few yards away. The view is lovely and the balcony gets the sun until late afternoon. The place is spotlessly clean and the choice of decor makes it feel really cozy. We have booked for next year.

Great Apartment with lovely view

Alan & Don were perfect very friendly hosts, there to greet us on arrival and help and show us around. Always only a text away if needed for any reason. The Apartment was perfect for us clean, bright, fresh and airy equipped with everything you need for your stay. The apartment has a good sized balcony in the sun virtually all day with a lovely view over the Marina and the hills in the distance perfect for a glass or two as the sun goes down and for soaking up the sun during the day. Good WIFI connection. Good sized pool access also available on the complex Short walk into Old Town with all its bars and restaurants as well as bars close by, couldn’t ask for anything more from the apartment or Alan & Don would highly recommend a stay here we would certainly go back and probably will. Thanks for a great week.

Had a fantastic stay at Alan's apartment, beautiful place and the view is amazing, Alan met us on arrival and was a perfect host. We hope to stay there again next year, we would have stayed there again later this year but unfortunately it is fully booked. I can highly recommend Alan's apartment.

Beautiful apartment

We’re just back from holiday, we’ve stayed at many different places in Puerto Del Carmen over the years and this has been the best one. The apartment is so light and airy and well equipped has everything that you need (and more) for a self catering holiday. The balcony was brilliant, with the sun loungers perfect for sunbathing as it got the sun all day. The view was also something else, on a clear day you can see right over to Fuerteventura. The photos are fab but you need to see the apartment in person to truly appreciate it. Thanks Allan and Don, you were great. Julie & Michael
