SECURITY DEPOSIT

years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

Hot Water Limited, TLC Needed and Agni Travel?

On paper the villa has everything you need for 10 people. Unfortunately it didn't fully meet our expectations. In general it is a nice villa but it needs a little TLC. There were 5 in our party, using three showers. It wasn't possible for us all to shower before the hot water ran out. Cleaning and fresh linen were only supplied once every seven days. The fridge doesn't have enough shelves and leaks water over the kitchen floor. The pool is OK but has the odd loose tile and some sharp edges. Our bedroom drawers were barely useable, with only the top ones opening without trouble. etc, etc We had other issues involving smoke detectors and workmen impacting our sleep and relaxation. A formal complaint was made to Agni Travel upon our return. I had to chase them for a reply, but they didn't want to know issuing standard "its not our issue" type of replies. Needless to say, I didn't get any satisfaction, so definitely will not be using them again.

Fabulous villa in a great location

What a lovely villa and a perfect location in the quieter area of PDC. As a family group of 9 there was plenty for us to do at the villa what with the pool, table tennis and pool table. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool as well as plenty of table and chairs. We used the bbq too and had some really special family time. The host is really helpful and responds quickly to emails. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and can recommend the Vu restaurant

Villa spacieuse

Nous avons passé le séjour à 7 adultes et 1 bébé.La villa est très spacieuse avec sons sous sol et ses 5 grandes chambres. Le lit de la chambre parentale est moyennement confortable.La terrasse est bien abritée et nous a permis d’y manger matin / midi / soir malgré pas mal de vent.La piscine est de bonne taille de 1m30 à 1m80.

Clean but basic and lacking essentials

The house was clean and satisfactory, with no major issues during our stay. The automated check-in was efficient but lacked a personal touch, which we found a bit disappointing. The interior was basic, and we had to buy essentials like sponges, washing-up liquid, shower gel, salt, oil, and coffee for our 4-night stay. Providing these basics, as many rentals do, would have been more convenient. The check-out process felt rigid. Our request to extend by 2 hours to enjoy the outdoor space and pool was declined, which was disappointing. A bit more flexibility in such situations would have been greatly appreciated.
