Completely renovated in 2019, Orange house consists of three independent apartments, it is perfect for those looking for a holiday of absolute privacy and relaxation.
Complete with every comfort, the apartments are arranged on one floor and enjoy a wonderful lake view.
By foot you reach the charming village of Piovere, a hamlet of Tignale, where you can find a bar and a small shop. The lake is about 5 km away.
Each apartment has a private garden with sun loungers from which you can enjoy a unique view.
The living room consists of a comfortable sofa bed, a flat-screen TV with international channels, dining table with chairs, air conditioning, wood stove, central vacuum system, and a modern fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher , fridge, freezer, microwave oven, electric kettle, coffee machine and toaster.
The living room leads to the beautiful private balcony which enjoys a magnificent view of the lake, equipped with a table and chairs for morning breakfasts while admiring the wonderful panorama.
A comfortable room with double bed, large wardrobe and air conditioning.
The bright bathroom with window has a shower, sink, bidet, toilet and hairdryer.
Our guests also have an assigned parking space.

It is an ideal place both for a holiday on the lake and for a trekking holiday.
The center of the village of Piovere offers a grocery store, a bar, a pizza restaurant and a public swimming pool.
With the Tignale Card, every day from April 7th to October 6th, you can use the shuttle bus for free (both outward and return) to reach the beach and take advantage of free guided walks.
To spend a day full of fun, the famous parks such as Gardaland, Movieland or the Caneva water park, are about 70 km away. Ask for discounted tickets at your check-in.
Tourist tax 2.00, euro per day and per person.
It is strictly forbidden to charge the electric car with the house electricity.
