Rooms were good size, and clean. Parking is very limited. Their parking lot was full when we arrived. There is a multi level public parking directly across the street if there’s no parking available on the street. They will ONLY issue you ONE room key. Half a block to El Centro, our room had street view, you would hear the music from the clubs at night.

The hotel staff is great. The rooms are spotless. The only drawback was the low water pressure in the showers but we were on the 4th floor and never had that issue before. Otherwise the place was perfect.

Room was spacious and clean and the staff were so helpful and courteous. The hotel is in a central part of Tijuana, walking distance to good bars & restaurants. The hot tub water didn’t look very clear so we didn’t use it but it might have gotten cleaned during the day. Valet staff is very kind, bring peso/dollars to tip, they are worth it. Overall great stay!
