Room appeared clean except for the wet bikini bottoms the previous guest left in one of the drawers. Also there was loud music that started around 11pm and ended around 2/3am every night. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Parking lot got full on Saturday evening so we had to pay for parking across the street. Parking garage looked a little sketchy, but my car stayed safe all night.

The hotel itself is nice but the service is terrible. They don’t care about your safety only the sales, I was sleeping and someone opened my room door and surprised they were given the wrong key. I went down and spoke to the manager Guillermo and all he had to say it was a mistake and offered late check out. I ask to me move to a different room and said not possible. I had to leave to another hotel a day earlier and they still changed me for the night I wasn’t there because of there fault. If you care about your safety stay away of this hotel.

Good but needs work.

The rooms need a few basic nesscities. First they need a small personal safe to secure valuables. The also need hooks in the bathroom to hang towels and toiletries bag whil taking a shower.

I'd like to point out that the rooms are very nice. The rooftop restaurant was okay, they served us cold food which was unacceptable. Drinks took forever, totally wrong! There are no heaters in the rooms. Parking is limited therefore we will make sure to never stay here again!! My brother's truck was vandalized right outside of this hotel which was sad and upsetting! Sorry nice place but not enough parking accommodations for all 64 rooms they have.

Property was very nice, probably best in the area. Nice, big, clean room, very nice rooftop dining, bar, pool tables, big tv, outside root deck with hot tubs and relaxing couches. Very nice place and very nice people working there. The area around hotel is crappy, but it seems that is how downtown Tijuana is for the most part.

PARK IN A SAFE PLACE

I never stay in this part of town due to the unsavory characters around in the area but the location of this prop. was very close to an appointment. The property itself is a clean and nice place but lacks enough parking spaces. If youre not in by 4 you'd have to park in a 24 hr. parking structure or outside the prop. The hotels attendants stated they'd keep an eye on it and that kind of gave some easiness so I parked my SUV outside the hotel. They do the best they can and I do not hold them responsible for anything. The following day as we were rrady to leave we realized my vehicle was vandalized. They took nothing of real value except for my house keys and after picking my lock it was rendered unusable. I'd advise to avoid hotels in this area if you cannot park your car somewhere safe or spend a little more and stay in Zona Rio or Agua Caliente neighborhood properties. Other than that the trip was uneventful and we took care of our errand.

The property is “ok”, if you like to not have any kind of windows in your room, it’s super loud outside the room you can hear everything, the elevator didn’t work 1 of the nights and it wasn’t fix by the next day at checkout time. The rooms are nice (except no windows), the area is downtown Tijuana so you can know what to expect, I needed to be in that area and there is a lot of police around at night. The employees were very efficient and nice.

Exelente ubicacion exelente personal habtaciones nuevas con todo lo necesario. Solo tienes que tomar en cuenta que al resrvar te incluyen desayuno pero al check in te dicen que no incluye. Pero creeo que no es necesario con la exelente atencion.
