Many of the amenities were broken the staff was amazing. They went above and beyond and were very attentive. Unfortunately, our bedding was filthy and we were unable to get fresh bedding in a timely manner and then when we did, we were only able to get two sheets and we were told that that were the last two on the entire resort.

Our room was spotless and had excellent amenities. We have come to many of the staff over the years, and are always welcomed by them warmly. Food and drinks are excellent, and we always enjoy our massage packages at the spa.

Very comfortable stay. Clean. Nice views from balcony. But the balconies don’t have safety rails. Balcony wall is very low. If you happen to trip coming out of the room and go forward. You can easily fall off, cuz there is nothing to stop you. But other than that. A nice place to stay. Staff very friendly and helpful.
