We received 2 small bottles of water the first two days . On the third day we did not, so we called the reception and was told it was a “gift” for the first day only, so we will have to go downstairs to buy them . It was late at night so we decide to get them before our departure. We were informed that we supposed to get them every day . I proceeded to request them but the receptionist told me that was not the place to do so. She mentioned that the cleaning department was in charge of that! After all I ended paying for the 2 small bottles of water at the bar. It’s sad that they lost a great review due to a lack of common sense.

We request something when we reserved our room and didn’t get it. We keep calling and nothing. They call the room at 9 at night to say they don’t have what we wanted. The bell man was amazing he got what we needed. That bell man has always been so courteous and always able to help.
