Excellent stay. Across the street from Plaza Rio and close to restaurants and convenient stores. Customer service was excellent and stay was pretty comfortable. Definitely my go to for my next trip to Tijuana.

Upon entering the room, I asked if they could please bring me some blankets and pillows. They said yes, that they would bring them to my room in a moment, but I'm still waiting... And they couldn't give me a small bottle of water for free, but they did have some to sell me.

Vigilio went out of his way to make sure everything ran smoothly and that any questions or requests were handled quickly and kindly. The beds are small. And the room service was bad take too long to attend a been waiting for 2 hours to bring towels to my room and ice , and they forget the ice . The room doesn't have towels in yhe rooms and they don't have extra pillows. The only thing was great it was the crib for babys
