Top Lage

Etwas in die Jahre gekommene Ferienwohnung in perfekter Lage zum Wasser und Niendorfer Hafen. Die Wohnung war sauber, roch allerdings - trotz expliziten Inserats als Nichtraucher - stark nach kaltem Zigarettenrauch, der sich auch durch intensives Lüften nur schwer beheben ließ. Zwar lässt sich nur schwer steuern, wenn andere Gäste sich leider nicht an die Regeln halten - unangenehm war es trotzdem.

Für kurzen Aufenthalt ok.

Lage und Umgebung perfekt. Allerdings könnten die Matratzenschoner gewechselt werden, die wiesen unangenehme Flecken auf, der Schrank im Bad zah ziemlich abenteuerlich aus und aus dem Wasserhahn im Bad kam nur etwas Wasser ( Verkalkung). Aber im großen Ganzen war gut, denn die Lage ist super und glich vieles aus.
