The Space:

You want to be close to the beach? You don't want to have to get in your car or on your bike to put your feet in the water? Then this is the right place for you!
The modern living room is a larger room with a sitting area, TV and dining table. The dining table looks directly onto the terrace, which also offers seating for four people and promises a beautiful view. There is even a beach chair available here.
In the living room you will also find a sofa bed for the third person.
In the beautiful bedroom you will find a comfortable double bed measuring 160 x 200 cm. The mattresses are rather firm.
The apartment has a modern and fully equipped fitted kitchen with fridge, hob with extractor hood, oven, sink and dishwasher.
The bathroom, which was modernized in 2018, has a large shower with a seat. An extractor fan provides the necessary ventilation.
The apartment has an underground parking space, which can be easily accessed via the large driveway. If it rains, you can get into the apartment from there without getting your feet wet.
All windows have external blinds. This means you are largely undisturbed at night - and safe.
There is a laundry room in the basement. As the apartment has a washing machine, you can easily dry freshly washed clothes in the laundry room.
Have you arrived with bicycles? Then you can lock them in the bicycle cellar. The bicycle cellar has an exit via the underground garage.
The Neighborhood:
The walk to the beach is short: leave the apartment, turn left around the corner of the house, then after 40 m turn right down the path to the beach. The view then immediately falls on the bathing jetty belonging to the complex.
The 6.5-kilometer-long sandy beach offers Baltic Sea holidaymakers everything imaginable.
The apartment is located in a cul-de-sac, direct access to the Baltic Sea cycle path to the Brodtener Steilufer in the direction of Lübeck/Travemünde is possible on the doorstep.
