The generous outdoor area of the property centres around a refreshing 28 m² pool, lined by comfortable sun loungers and offering a spectacular view of the idyllic hills and romantic volcanoes of the island. On the open terrace, relax for some hours on an outdoor bed under the shade of your pergola, which is surrounded by romantic white curtains. The veranda of the house, furthermore, offers a wicker lounge area, a long wooden dining table, and a barbecue for fresh meals. After some swimming play a round at the ping pong table or at the foosball table with your loved ones and have a glass of wine by your garden, which is planted with regional cacti, succulents and trees. A few restaurants and a supermarket are 1.8 km or a 4-minute drive away in La Vegueta. Additionally, due to the central location of the house, it is easy to explore Lanzarote’s different coasts: you can reach the popular, sandy beaches in the coastal towns of Costa Teguise, Puerto del Carmen and Playa Blanca in 30 minutes driving (20 - 39 km away). Closer beaches like those in Caleta de Famara and La Santa are 13 km away or less. For hikers and nature lovers, Caldera Blanca and Los Volcanes Natural Park begin 6 km or an 8-minute drive from the property.
