Appliances consist of an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 TVs with Freeview and a selection of books, games, and DVDs. Outside there is an enclosed decked area with furniture, off-road parking for one & additional parking near reception. No smoking. 1 well behaved pet allowed. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included. You'll find a shop in 0.6 miles, a pub in 0.8 miles, and beach in 0.2 miles. Steps to the exterior, please take care. No stag, hen, or similar parties. This property can only accept check ins on a Monday, Friday or Saturday, any other check in day is by request only. This property cannot accept Sunday check ins. Please Note : This property has a 4 night minimum stay. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of 250 GBP.

Tintagel, home of the legendary King Arthur’s Castle, whose ruins dominate the cliffside just outside the village, is a popular but not overcrowded tourist destination. Head north along the path and within a short distance is the beautiful village of Boscastle with its quaint quay and village pubs for refreshment. Further afield are the surfing meccas of Newquay and Bude, with their resort attractions, while the open spaces of Bodmin Moor, the Eden Project, Padstow, Camel Estuary and Port Isaac are all within a short but scenic drive.
