This modern cozy container home features 4 comfortable bedrooms, open-concept living area situated in a beautiful neighborhoods. The home has plenty of space to lounge on the large patio, covered patio or in cozy nooks. Perfect for 8 people. The house has a large yard offers the perfect opportunity to be outdoors with friends and family.

First floor - 3 bedrooms and seperate shower and toilet
Second floor - master bedroom and 1 full bathroom and a half bathroom

The second floor has the ultimate nook to peer into Georgrian Bay to get lost in your thoughts or just have conversation and coffee or hang out and relax on the large balcony (400 sq ft).

1 Gbps high speed wifi internet runs throughout the entire place and outdoors. There are two smart TVs that are connected to the internet. You have access to all the major streaming providers with your own account (Netflix, Prime, Disney+) plus each TV has an HDMI connection for you to connect your laptop.

In addition, the large flat backyard space allows you to just soak up nature and see the stars on a clear night. There is also a covered patio and firepit and chairs. Firewood can purchased nearby by in LaFontaine.
