Wonderful service and breakfast. Room good but not aesthetically pleasing and tv very small. I was informed that water heater needed repair and was making a loud noise until shut off at 11pm. Hopefully, not a problem in the future.

Perfect host, had everything I was looking for. Old house, very clean and my room got the soft floor, not that I will go through but I did like it.

Washroom was small, but the room was quiet and the bed comfy. The staff are amazing. For some reason the floor beside the bed was wet? The breakfast was a real delight.

The room 10 had a countryside facing window to relax to. The shower had a good flow. The breakfast was comprehensive, healthy, good quality foods. Service at breakfast was cheerful and efficient. The bed and mattress were comfortable. The aura was positive, homely and relaxing.

We were met by Sylvia when we arrived. Allowed early check-in. She gave us great information on nearby walking/hiking trails & dining options. Parking onsite a plus. Accommodations were comfortable. Included breakfast which was delightful. Sylvia was a great host.

Delightful

We are not usually B and B folks, that said, this was a wonderful experience. Breakfast was a feast for the eyes and tastebuds. Sylvia cooked to order, so cheerful and friendly. Initially Tipperary was an in between stay but it turned out to be one of our favs.

Sylvia is a wonderful hostess. She is very welcoming and accommodating. We had a great time hanging out in the front room playing the piano and board games. She even cooked our breakfast to order and no extra fees. She is great and would stay again.

Perfect stay in Tipperary

Right in the action of Tipperary . Great friendly stay with Silvia, the family and great friendly staff making your stay in Tip the best experience . We were there from Sydney for a family reunion for 3 nights and had the best stay and the comfort and friendliness was outstanding .would recommend anyone to stay here as it’s so close to Tipperary town . A Great Place to Stay in Tipperary.

Beautiful bed and breakfast in the Tipperary area. Our host Sylvia was vvry welcoming. Comfortable beds, excellent breakfast and close to Rock of Cashel and Cahir Castle. Highly recommend this establishment.
