This property exceeded expectations! I traveled with two friends and we were originally looking for a hotel close to the cruise ports, with a hot tub, free parking and a cool bar! Little did we know you could also watch launches from the Kennedy Space Center from the rooftop Space Bar on property. This would be a great property to stay at for a few days of vacation and explore the surrounding area. I would recommend for traveling families, but we enjoyed it as three mid-20 year olds as well.

This property is very out of the way in a business development - it was fine for us for one night as it was very convenient to catch a Lyft taxi to the Kennedy Space center for the day after our cruise, but it might not suit people looking to do more days than that or wind down. The hotel itsself, lovely the rooms great and big, only two things let it down, Most of the staff we spoke to were amazing but there was more than one who let the side down and the attitude was wierd. In addition I know this is probably not the hotels fault and just one of those things but we had a god awful smell of rotting seaweed (at first we thought it was sewage, until we were told it was actually seaweed cooking in the sun), for the two days we were there, which didn't make it pleasant to be in the lovely grounds of the building. So being that this hotel is on the pricier side ( we wanted to treat ourselves for the last night in florida, we were disappointed with those two things). The restaurant was good and we had fun looking at Jupiter through a large telescope with a lovely astronomer wo told us all about it. We missed the Space X launch by 11hrs which would have been fun to see, (nothing to do with this review,obv, but handy for people to know you can see the launches from this hotel on the rooftop bar). Would I stay again - probably not as its a little too remote, but overall enjoyed our night there.

Okay could have been better, but ok

Let me be fair - it was a nice property conveniently located for me near the Kennedy Space Center - the reason for my visit. That being said, I hate when hotels hide behind "Ecological concerns" as a reason to excuse the lack of housekeeping services. Even if they now refuse to change the sheets daily, there is no ecological reason that housekeeping can't at least visit the room daily and make the beds, empty the garbage pails and maybe replace the towels i left on the bathroom floor because they were dirty. Aside from that the ice machine on my floor was broken for the duration of my stay, as was the hot tub. Neither showed any sign of being worked on, either, so that was also not a priority for them. For around $250-300/night i expect better. Like i said the individual staff were nice and not to be blamed for corporate cost-saving policies.

I loved this hotel! The decorations are space themed, which was cool. Very clean, and comfortable. The rooftop bar was very nice. You get a water view, which was a plus for me. They have a Starbucks in the lobby, very convenient to grab a coffee or a pastry. They also sell you souvenirs from NASA. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The location for the Kennedy Space Center is perfect. Staff was very nice. Two minor issues - rooms are not cleaned every day (sorry but i expect my bed made and garbage emptied daily in a hotel) and no in-room safe.

Highly recommend this hotel.it’s clean, comfortable & in a great location to see a rocket launch. Beds & pillows were both really nice. Beautiful pool & hot tub. Lots of outdoor &indoor common areas. Close to a decent amount of restaurants. Only ate breakfast a the hotel & it was very good. Starbucks coffee on site as well.
