Horrible service and not a great place

Wasn't real impressed. The hotel is in located in a great location but reminded me more of a hostel. We had an issue the night we were there with getting in the hotel when we carried fork a night out. The door was locked and no one answered. We banged on the door, called at least 30 times, and rang the bell for 30 minutes. No one answered. We had to stand outside for 40 minutes at 2am waiting to get in. Finally the manager woke up and was very rude about it. The next day during check out, they said the sheet was stained (it was makeup) and the wanted 50 pesos. I told them they should be giving me a free night for the inconvenience of not getting in during the middle of the night. The receptionist said she would tell the manager and nothing else. I would never stay here again

Great location. Rooms and facilities are basic, but clean/sufficient. Sound proofing between rooms is poor.

The hotel is well located in the downtown area and everything is within walking distance. The hotel room was a nice size, quiet, clean, with hot water and a good internet connection. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. The restaurant, however, was never open for breakfast and sometimes not at all. Having said that, I found numerous other options of places to eat at reasonable prices.

Clean and comfortable. The Tres Reinas restaurant upstairs was very convenient, has good food, and nice to be outdoors--spent a lot of time there. Hotel staff were helpful--not all spoke English but still able to communicate OK. A perfect location for walking access to the city center.

Es un gran Hotel y tiene una excelente ubicación, los ruidos al exterior que se mencionan en algunas opiniones no los percibimos o si los hubo no fueron molestos como pareciera, por lo que me parece una gran opción en la cual seguramente regresaría sin pensarlo y la amabilidad de las personas es un elemento adicional.

Todo perfecto!! A excepción del ruido. Hay mucho ruido durante la noche Los cuartos están muy pagados o no se.. Pero esta uno dormido. Y se escucha que abren puertas y uno siente que es la del cuarto Desde muy temprano ya se escuchan voces y. Ruido.
